自旋芯片与技术全国重点实验室/微纳科学与分析测试协同创新中心致力于服务国家重大战略和服务区域经济发展,培养集成电路等方向紧缺人才,突破后摩尔时代集成电路关键技术,着力打造以自旋芯片为特色的国产全流程8英寸微纳加工及分析测试公共平台,主要开展后摩尔时代集成电路材料与物理、存储与存算器件、芯片集成工艺与设计、特色芯片表征与设备、微纳科学与分析测试等方向的研究。平台现有科研人员超60人,其中国家级人才10人,外籍教师7人。团队先后攻克“卡脖子”技术3项,研制多个“首台套”制备、表征及测试设备,在后摩尔时代集成电路技术方面取得多项原创性成果。近年来承担了国家自然科学基金重大项目、核高基重大专项、国家自然科学基金委重大科研仪器及国家重点研发计划在内的重大项目200余项,获北京市自然科学一等奖、中国电子学会自然科学一等奖、中国仪器仪表学会技术发明一等奖,2018年至今发表23篇Nature、Science系列论文。
State Key Laboratory of Spintronics/Yuhang Nano Center focuses on cultivating talent and achieving break- throughs in technologies of spintronic devices in the post-Moore era. The laboratory aims to establish a domestic public research platform for spintronics devices, covering the entire chain for deposition, fabrication, analysis, and characterization. The laboratory primarily conducts research in spintronic materials and physics, spintronic memory, compute-in-memory devices, and the processes and design of spintronic devices. It also specializes in the development of equipment for deposition, characterization, and analysis.
Currently, the laboratory has more than 60 researchers, including 10 national-level talents and 7 international faculty members. The laboratory has developed several pieces of equipment for preparation, characterization, and testing. The laboratory made numerous original achievements in spintronic technology. In recent years, the platform has undertaken over 200 major projects, including projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and National Key Research and Development Program of China. The laboratory received several prestigious awards, including the First Prize of the Natural Science Award from Beijing, the First Prize of the Natural Science Award from the Chinese Institute of Electronics, and the First Prize of the Technical Invention Award from the China Instrument and Control Society. 2018 to present, the team has published 17 papers in high-impact journals within the Nature/Science Portfolio.
