智能测试与健康管理产教协同创新中心面向国家重大发展战略，系统开展智能测试与验证技术、智能监测与健康管理技术、智能测试与健康管理软硬件平台研发等研究，致力于解决高端装备测试、检测、评估、验证、智能运维等最后“一公里”难题和瓶颈。开展核心技术攻关，研发自主可控半导体智能测试设备，建设软硬件可靠性权威认证机构，推动健康管理技术规模化应用。打造国产化测试、监测、评估的产、学、研、用智能测试与健康管理技术一体化产教平台，培养高水平人才，建设成为服务于国家质量强国战略和区域经济高质量发展的示范团队。

The Center advances its mission in line with major national strategies, carrying out systematic research on smart testing and verification technologies, intelligent monitoring and system health management, and the development of integrated hardware–software platforms. It is dedicated to addressing the critical “last mile” challenges in testing, monitoring, assessment, verification, and smart operation & maintenance of high-end equipment. It focuses on breakthroughs in core technologies and develops domestically controlled semiconductor-based smart testing equipment, establishes authoritative certification institutions for hardware and software reliability, and promotes the large-scale adoption of health management technologies. By building an integrated industry-university-research-application platform for localized testing, monitoring, and assessment, the Center not only cultivates high-level talent but also strives to become a leading team that contributes to the national quality strategy and drives high-quality regional economic development.
