路易斯·佩雷拉（Luiz Pereira），北京航空航天大学空间环境与行星科学国际研究中心副教授，主要研究方向为：玻璃与熔体、流变学、岩浆动力学、材料表征和气泡动力学。2020年获得法国巴黎高科矿业大学博士学位，博士期间主要研究方向为熔融硅酸盐玻璃中的气泡动力学，研究成果荣获第三届皮埃尔·拉菲特奖，以及由欧盟委员会联合研究中心支持的ENEN（欧洲核教育网络）博士奖。获得博士学位后，在德国慕尼黑大学从事博士后研究工作，并于2022年获得亚历山大·冯·洪堡研究奖学金。目前为国际玻璃委员会（ICG）下属两大技术委员会成员，积极参与委员会学术活动。在国际知名期刊已发表论文20余篇，其中10篇为第一作者。在国际学术界，曾受邀参加7个国际会议和研讨会并做报告，如由美国陶瓷协会组织的玻璃和光学材料部门会议和国际玻璃委员会组织的国际玻璃大会。同时，组织筹备多次学术会议和玻璃与熔体国际暑期学校（SumGlass）等活动。除研究外，积极参与教学与学生指导，助力培养本领域的下一代科学家。

Luiz Pereira, Associate Professor at GEOLAB, Beihang University. His research is focused on glasses and melts, rheology, magma dynamics, material characterization, and bubble dynamics. He obtained his PhD in 2020 from MINES ParisTech (France), where he investigated bubble dynamics in molten silicate glasses. His doctoral work was recognized with the 3rd Pierre Laffitte Award as well as the prestigious ENEN (European Nuclear Education Network) PhD Award, supported by the European Commission Joint Research Centre. Following his PhD, he pursued a one-year postdoc contract at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (Germany) before being awarded an Alexander von Humboldt Research Fellowship in 2022. Currently, he is an active member of two technical committees of the International Commission on Glass (ICG). Dr. Pereira has authored over 20 publications in internationally recognized journals, with 10 as first author. Dr. Pereira has been invited to present his works at 7 international conferences and workshops, such as the Glass and Optical Materials Division conference organized by the American Ceramic Society and the International Congress on Glass organized by the International Commission on Glass. He has also contributed to the scientific community by organizing conference sessions and co-leading an international summer school on glasses and melts (SumGlass). Beyond research, Dr. Pereira is actively involved in teaching and supervising students, fostering the next generation of scientists in his field.
